+i don't use infomaniak as my domain registrar anymore

+in june 2025 i bought bitcoinwallis.ch at infomaniak. the infomaniak offering for .ch domains is generous and includes one free email address and one free web page

+i couldn't use the free email address or the free web page because it looked like another domain was connected to my domain: bitcoinvalais.ch. i contacted the owner and he told me he registered bitcoinwallis.ch *(also using infomaniak as the registrar)* in 2021 but didn't renew it. the domains were somehow still connected

+the infomaniak support told me, that they contacted the owner of bitcoinvalais.ch to remove bitcoinwallis.ch and that they would remove it, if the old owner wouldn't do it. after a week or so i contacted them again and they removed bitcoinvalais.ch from bitcoinwallis.ch and i could use the domain as intended
